This mantra banishes poverty. Its useful for those who are heavily in debt, have a failing business and financial crisis. Recite the mantra 108 times in the morning after shower or bath. Do it along with daily puja at home, the office or business establishment. The mantra is:

Om Hreem Swahastravadane Kanakeshwari Sheeghram Avatar Aagachh Om Phat Swaha!

In the classics its mentioned that as water, fire, air, etc are governed by different gods, likewise wealth is governed by Lord Kubera. Nav nidhis, padam, mahapadam, sankh, kachap, ukund, kund, makar, nil, varchasav, yaksa and kinner (the musicians) and other prosperity giving deities are governed by Kubera. This is all blessed by Lord Brahma on the wishes of Lord Shiva. If Kubera is worshipped, Lord Shiva and Lord Shukra (Venus) automatically bestow their blessings. Kubera sadhana is done on the day of Dhan Tirodhashi (2 days before Diwali). He can also be worshipped on tirodhasi of every month during shukla paksha. The mantra of Kubera bestows prosperity:

Om Yakshaya Kuberaya Vaisravanaya Dhanyadhipatye, Dhana Dhanya Samrddhim Me Dehi Dapaya Swaha.

The mantra should be recited daily after bath for 108 times. Use a rudraksha mala for keeping count. Perform this sadhana for least 90 days.
