Names of the 12 Adityas

The Adityas are children of Aditi, the Mother of Gods. They are solar
deities who reside in heavenly regions and personify various natural
phenomena.

The Adityas represent light, of whom Surya (Sun) is the most
prominent.

Names of the 12 Adityas are :

Mitra, Varuna, Aryaman, Daksha, Bhaga, Amsa, Tvastr, Savitr, Pusan,
Sakra, Vivasvat and Visnu.

  • Narasimhaye: Sumerian means mountain. It should be on top near head. Not at bottom near feet.
  • kristy shrestha: Do you mean sumeru should be on back neck? Please tell me why we should not touch sumeru down to solar plexus?
  • Narasimhaye: Yes emerald can be strung on 108 beads sphatik Mala. This gives good results. It's ok to set emerald in gold.
